How it works

  1. Sludge is fed into the solar drying chamber, where it’s spread evenly.
  2. Solar radiation enters the chamber through transparent walls and roof, heating the sludge.
  3. Water evaporates from the sludge, reducing its volume and weight.
  4.  тБаThe heat exchanger (if present) helps to recover heat from the dried sludge and pre-heat incoming sludge.
  5. The ventilation system removes water vapor and maintains air circulation.
  6. The control system monitors temperature, humidity, and airflow, adjusting parameters for optimal drying.
